I have purchased VIDEOCON SPLIT A.C. 'Eco-Chill' which is not working. It is in the warranty period. Many complaints have already been lodged with the company. Even various E-MAILS has been sent to MR. DHOOT, CEO & M.D. of the company, BUT he did not respond to even once. So, what is the fun to purchase the A.C. from Videocon. The officials at CHANDIGARH branch are also careless people who do not bother to solve the grievances of the consumer RATHER have connived with the franchie office to mint the illegal money on the behest of Mr. DHOOT for their illegal gains.

My advise is to remain out of the product BUT NEVER go for videocon products. Mr. DHOOT's E-MAIL id is "pnd@videoconmail.com" ; domainadmin@videoconmail.com ; corprd@videoconmail.com...
