Non supply of gas cylinde

I had booked my gas cylinder from Commander Gas Service, Lucknow on 27th January but despite several repeated reminders they have'nt supplied the gas cylinder till date. I had also lodged a complaint on toll free number against complaint number 40902 dated 12th February but still the complaint lies unattended.

Now I am without a gas cylinder.
