Poor customer service and black marketing

I am a customer of Sri Balagi Agencies, Ambattur, Chennai and my customer Number is 18081. Even if a register for gas supply 20 or 30 days ago they are are not properly supplying the cylinder. On the other hand they always keep all of their phones in dead. Their phone numbers are 2658 1966, 2658 3977, 2658 0977, and 2658 3577.

To my surprise I find daily that they supply two cylinders stealthily to a Mess run by one Moses.

To my utter shock I find on 18th Oct near Corporation of Chennai one delivery boy supplied stealthily to a hotel by name Sri Krishna and he was arguing with the owner that he was daily supplying two cylinder or one full and one half. He was Collecting the money from the owner without any receipt.

Can the concerned authorities take action on such black marketing?
