I face very poor response from Prem Gas Agency (katihar, Bihar) every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And this is going on since last month. And my home is too far from the distributors booking office, so it is quiet difficult to book manually.

Please have a look into the matter so that we don't get harassed.
