Poor and delayed delivery

I have placed request for connection on 30/01. the next week i got the cylinder after lot of persuasion. But i havent yet received the gs table a three burner gas stoveof which i had already made payments. Its been more than two weeks now, still i have not received the gas stove.

is there any way to sue this agency???
