LPG Booking problem

Dear Sir,

I am consumer of Indane Gas my distributors Name " Tapeshwari Gas Agencies, Near- Kherepati Mandir, The Mall, Kanpur" and my consumer No. 16216. I try more time for booking of Cylender on their Phone No. 05122311065, but I regrate to inform you there is no answer. Every time phone are on hold. I am working in out of city so I can not reach personaly. so you are requested Kindly suggest me how can i book my cylender.
