Delayed delivery of Gas Cylinders

I am Manoji Raina, a customer of Indane Gas, the company under the banner of IOC, supplying the refilled domestic gas cylinders. I am registered with their dealers M/s. Riddhi Indane Service, Shop No.7, M.M.Plaza, C-76, Opposite Gurudwara, Clock Tower, Hari Nagar, vide consumer no.4591.

New Delhi-110064. The telephone numbers of M/s. Riddhi Indane Service are 011-65490155 & 011-28122942.

I booked my refilled gas cylinder on 19th August on company's computerised phone service, Phone no.011-25611031 vide booking no.104. Till today i, e 28th August I am without a cooking gas cylinder & have been eating out from last 7 days. I desperately tried to contact Riddhi Indane service, but among the telephone

numbers provided none is responding.

On the top of it, there is no correct e-mail address of the company where the concerned could be contacted. The other telephone numbers of the company itself are not responding, even the telephone of company's corporate office keeps on ringing continuously without any human interference.

I do not know what to do, whom to complaint & where to seek the redressal.
