I miss Sushma S Hatle consumer of LPG gas provided by Bharat Gas. My Consumer No. is 28071. The service been given by authorised dealer, Anita Gas Services, Virar. This Distributor is harassing customers by giving very pathetic services. Examples of the same are as under:

1. Distributor is not giving new regulator as replacement, and cheating customers by giving old repaired regulator.

2. LPG Gas Cylinder is provided only after 1 month & more.

3. Selling LPG Gas Cylinder by taking Rs.500/- extra from the customers.

4. No one is looking after customer's complaint.

5. Generating Fake Bills & charging high to the customers.

6. All the staff & mechanic are harassing customers by taking extra money from them.
