Poor service builder floor apartment

Hi All,

Please beware while purchasing any builder floor from Mr Narinder Kumar Mehra/ Rohit Mehra (his Son) residing at D-4, lajpat nagar, phase-2 new delhi. They use very poor quality material including wood works, grills, electrical items, switche boards, door locks, tiles, bathroom fittings, toilet pots and cement quantity.

Please don't go by their way of talking. They talk very very polite, call you his son or brother, and insist that they are using very good quality material, but they will ignore all your request for any change. Worst part is they will shamelessly demand 4 times the money for the requested change than the actual amount.

Their work is way too slow compared to other builders. Either buy complete flat from them or do not buy anything or atleast stop 3-5 lac payment till possession. Otherwise, you will cry with blood tears.

For taking money they will come whenever you call them but they will rarely visit the site once the payment is completely made. They will simply stop the work. They have thick skin and nothing penetrates through it.

Even if they say few big brand names where their work is progressing, don't get influenced. They will prove their shrewdness later to you.

If they promise to you one month for possession or for any other thing, they will actually take more than 6 months, keeping you suck all the time.

They have projects in NOIDA, INDIRAPURAM, VASUNDHRA. So please be very very careful. Do not trust them. They will regularly tell you on having trust on them, do not believe. Get everything in writing about the brand of products used in the building, they use local appliances which you have never heard about.
