Change of air conditione

After installation of new equipment no cooling effect was there. The same was informed to customer care complaint no. GB0410010177 dated 21.04.2010. Next day engineer visited and find that compresser is faulty needs replacement. the conditioner / compressor was defective since very first day of installation it was requested to replace the complete A.C, but till date no action has been taken on ground level except hope.

Again on dated 02.05.2010 informed to customer care no. GB0510000579 And on dated 04.05.2010 having discussion with sr.executive Jyoti madam but still no action is there and we are suffering with huge difficulty.
