Not Recevied of Security Refund

Dear Sir

I have applied for refund for BP NO 4000072652 ON 18TH OF Sept. I was told that i will get the refund within 2 weeks.

Today more than one month has been passed but i have not received the same.

I am daily following up but no revert.
