Domestic Cylinde

This is regarding the domestic gas cylinder consumer number 78238 for which I had booked a cylinder on 7th of march. They said that the cylinder will be available only after 10 days. Today (17 March) They say that it will take another 2 to 4 days for the issue of cylinder. There is no gas left in the cylinder and I have a kid to look after too... I really would appreciate if something good comes out after this complaint. Please address.
