Non-delivery of refill

Hi,

Refill for domestic LPG was booked on 6th May but the cylinder has not yet been delivered.

However, status on the automated booking system (9088324365) is updated to delivered vide bill no. 3052.

Booking & Consumer details given below:

Booking No. = 204996

Date of Booking = 06/May

Consumer No. = 21477

Consumer Name = Arvind Kumar Somani

Consumer Address = B/6, Charulata Apts., BE-8, Ravindrapally, Keshtopur, Kolkata-700101.

Contact Phone = 9331040088

Name & Address of Agency = Chirantani Gas Agency, Bangur Avenue, Kolkata - 700055.

I have also logged-in feedback (Reg. No. 117761) on the IOCL site and also sent an email with above details but have any not received any response.

There seems to be a misappropriation of refills here. Please look into this and resolve the issue ASAP.
