I got kajaria wall tiles fitted in my newly built flat (2 bathrooms and a kitchen) but the quality i got is even bad then local tiles. i bought 12*18 " tiles . in this i got one highlighter fitted in one of my bathrooms whoes quality was very bad, the joint of the tiles were matching but it 's thickness from was much more than the actual thickness.secondlay when we picked up soaked the motives of the kitchen tiles from water half of the piece came in hand and other remained in water, we called up the dealer, mangal trader, and he gave us the no. of kajaria company executive, when we called him he barely listened to this and said as u got the tile fixed so nothing can be done. but when we insisted he got our 2 kitchen motives replaced . but what to our other tile which does not match and the executive enev bothered to visit the site and said that it happens in few caes.

so i say if such things happen with a company like kajaria and there is no hearing or heed to such cases then from my point of view we should buy local tiles which come with pre declaration of no change / compliants / warranty etc. pl. help.
