Defective Kajaria tiles

We renovated our house last year on the month of November and purchased 45 box of 2*2 kajaria ceramics floor tiles from Maheaswari Marbles, Guna worth Rs.41, 760 to lodge my Complaint against defective tiles supplied. I got is even bad then local tiles Firstly, these tiles are not joint free and are defective, the joint of the tiles were does not matching also it’s thickness from was much more than the actual thickness. Secondly there is no standard maintained even in the packaging of the tiles, it varies hugely from box to box. I brought the matter to the dealer, Maheshwari marbles, Guna from whom the tiles were purchased & he put up the complaint to the Company. Dealer and The Company representative, Mr. Dinesh Kushwah, visited my place and confirmed that there was a defect in the tiles, but since quite a few of these tiles were already affixed, he said that the Company would provide me with some monetary compensation. But after the few days dealer has reject the complaint and refuse to co-operate which is very disregardful considering. This is nothing but cheating the small consumer. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help.

The company is famous for its product in the domestic market we would appreciate if the company takes up the matter more seriously and take the required action as soon as possible...
