DEAR SIR,
I AM A CUSTOMER OF INDANE GAS SERVICE.MY CUSTOMER NO IS K02407 REGISTERED WITH INDANE GAS SERVICE KASNA GREATER NOIDA.
I HAVE BOOKED REFILL OF MY CYLINMDER ON 2 JAN WHICH IS NOT DELIVERED TILL DATE.I HAVE ENQUIRED FROM THE AGENCY BOOKING COUNTER ON 12 JANUARY, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE ON 11JANUARY WHICH INDICATE BLACK MARKETING OF GAS CYLINDER.ON MY REQUEST I WAS ASSURED THAT THE DELIVERY WILL BE MADE ON 13JANUARY BUT NO ACTION IS TAKEN BY THE AGENCY ON 13JANUARY.I HAVE BOTH THE CYLINDERS ARE EMPTY AT MY HOUSE.DUE TO WHICH I AM NOT RUNNING MY KITCHEN & ARRANGING MY FOODS FROM OUTSIDE.
I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY INSTRUCT THE OWNER OF INDANE GAS SERVICE KASNA TO ARRANGE FOR REFILL OF BOTH THE CYLINDER ON 14 JANUARY & TO ENSURE PROPER ACTION AGAINST THE DELIVERY PERSON FOR SUCH BLACK MARKETING.
I HOPE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE DIFFICULTY OF A PERSON WHEN HE CANNOT COOK THE FOOD AT HIS HOME
