Late delivery of refill cylinde

Dear Sir/Madam My complaint is that now these days we are facing the problem in the late delivery of refill domestic gas cylinder. first the gas agency book the cylinder after 30 days & after they issue the 5-6 days to deliver the refill cylinder & they even not issuing the cash receipt for cylinder refilling since four months.

The main problem is that they don't deliver the Gas as Home delivery.
