Not working properly & sounds problem

I bought 1 product on your company mixer grinder and guicer their is so many complaint its not working properly and its sound is like a generator its so horrible i compaints many times but ist not resolve its third class product its last complaint no. is GUR0702120048 i m fred up this product and i can't suggest to any one to buy this company product.
