Less weight of gas cylinder deleivered

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a gas connection holder of Bharat Gas through M/s Kitchen care agency. From last couple of years, the workers/deleivery persons along with Mr. Pappu who deleiverd gas cylinder in Mandawali fazalpur & other areas. They always deleivered the gas cylinder in less weight & if we refused to accept the same, they ask to pay lesser money in proportion to weight (@20Rs/Kg) & same gas they sold at sweet shops, etc. at a price of 45Rs/Kg. So please took serious action for him & his collegues.
