Delay in delivery of cylinder and no proper responce from offce

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that our customer ID no is K5175 and we have booked the cylinder on 2nd of Aug, and from past three days we are told that it would be reaching us today, but sorry to say that we have not got the cylinder till now. when we go to book the cylinder they say that they can only book after twenty days of receiving the previous cylinder but while delivering they forget that its already 17days that we have booked the cylinder and we still dont have it.please let us know how many cylinder should we have in spare and u leave us of no choice then buying from black market. Infact you yourself are putting us in a situation where we have to depend on black market for getting the gas. For last three days we have no gas at our house please tell me how to cook the food and when I asked the Krishna gas people what should I do then their answer was dont do anythink u get the cylinder by tomorrow or day after. Is this the type of customer service do u think you would like to get from any of Your service provider it seems they were making mockery of our helpless situation insted of healing the situation.

I am not sure if any action would be taken against them or not but to be very honest I didn't like the situation because we have been a long customer with Indian oil Services.
