Excess collection of parking charges

Ksrtc department has provided services for parking of motorcycles & cars, at kempegowda bus station wherein contractor has been permitted to collect parking charges as per ksrtc rules, instead contractor tampered the rates and collecting excess charges from the public causing inconvinience and harrassment.in this connection several compliants have been booked and taken to the notice of the divisional controller, kbs, blore.but no way.there is not even a 'RATES BOARD'prescribed by ksrtc dept, instead contractor displayed his own rate board which is illegal and unfair. The rates permitted for two wheelers are Rs 2/ for 2 hours but collecting Rs 4/, and from 2to 4 hours is Rs 5/ but collecting Rs 10/...? kindly examine the display rate board with rates given by ksrtc as per AGREEMENT and also the contractor is issuing illegal rates printed ticket to the public so that nobody can question.kindly look into the matter at the earliestfor the convinience of the public, thank u
