This is with regards to the Domestic Gas supplying agency at Tarnaka in Hyderabad - AP - Lakshmi Vaishnavi Enterprises, ADHOC-Satya Tulasi Agencies is our regular dealer for supply HP Domestic Gas. We have been taking up the misbehaviour of these agencies since a very long time as they reject to take up any booking for gas before 21 days from delivery and once it is 21 days, while we try to call them we are unable to get the line for another 5 days as the message says that the numbers are busy. once after booking they say that it would be delivered withing 10 days but even after 20 days we are unable to get the delivery and if try to enquire they respond very rashly and slam the phone. the usage is 30 to 32 days in my house. Oflate we have also come to know that they are supplying gas to hotels on regular basis, may be which is why the domestic service is delayed extremely.

Please look into this as we are facing crisis with gas as we have no allotment of Kerosine also.
