DELAY IN SERVICE

SIR,

I had booked the cylinder on 31 -01 still now i did'nt get the cylinder. Even last cylinder was delivered after a month from the date of booking (on 20-01). I want to know the reason

why they are delaying in delivering the cylinder. This case is not only with me even my neighbours is having the same problem. Now the cylinder i am using is empty, what i have to do for the alternative.

On 20 -01 supplied cylinder while operating no gas was coming out from the cylinder. I made a call to gas agency and it was rectified by a mechanic. Because of this, only half of the cylinder i was able to use.

Kindly understand my situation and sort out this problem as early as possible.
