Non - Delivery of cylinde

I have LPG connection at M/S Raghu Gas Service, 28-29, Kamla Nehru Market, Khandsa Road, Gurgaon - Code no- 33-01-3167, consumer connection no. 32376

1. It is very difficult to get the gas booked because no body pick-up the phone and for booking only option left is to go personnally and get the gas booked.

2. Every time whether its winter or summer, they take minimum one month for delivery of refilled cylinder.

3. The weight of the cylinder is always less than what is written on the cylinder i.e cylinder weight gas weight and when we complaint this to delivery person, he gives reply like this "lano ho la lo asa hi milega" in a very rude way.

4. This problem I am facing for the last four year and no body is ready to listen the problem at dealership.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful urgently to solve this problem.

An earlier action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
