Excess charges

I harvinder singh, station master khanna, received lpg cylinder on date 09.07.11, from lakhbir enterprises, scf 19 g.t.b.market khanna after payment of 420/- delivered by anil kumar.the amount mentioned on receipt is rs365/-but he charged rs 35 excess ..he was asked, but he failed to answer .my lpg connection particulars are given below... HARVINDER SINGH CONSUMER NO LE 15848, DISTRIBUTER CODE 22010858, CARD SERIAL NO 1257595., SV NO 1727813.please go through the matter, if their is hike in price, same amount should be mentioned on receipt., please advice me accordingly thanks
