LPG cylinder refill
Delay of supply

I bookedfor the gas cylinder refill on 06-09-10 with maa kripa gas agency Annanager west extension, Chennai. Till date inspite of my reminders and the agency's assurances of supply the refill has not been delivered to me. My consumer no. is 3341 and waiting list no. given by the agency is 1007.This is the21st day of my booking and the cylinder under use in my house is getting empty.

Is there anyone can help me to get cylinder in time? or the IOC explain why so much of delay?

Is ther a remedy for this for I am experiencing this problem often.
