LPG cylinders
Irregularity in supply

I am a registered user of LPG cylinders for domestic purposes. My registered Consumer No is RG 13907.

I am registered with Rathwa Gas Agency (located in Ellora Park area of Vadodara City) for the regular supply of gas cylinders.

I had booked my gas supply on 20th December. My complaint No was 5009 on 20th Dec. The agency booked my supply on 20th Dec.by the Receipt No.971 dt. 20/12.

The effective delivery took place on 12th January after several personal follow-up.

The complaint is: When I booked through phone I was told that the supply will take place in a week's time. But it was done after about 20 days. If I had not aggressively followed up God knows when the delivery would have taken place.

The Request is that there should be close inspection about their order booking and delivery plans. This agency was suspended a few months ago for immense irregularities, but then they were reinstated.

In case these unfounded delays are allowed there will be a time when we shall be without gas supply for a month.

Please allow us to register with some other Gas Agency located nearby to Ellora Park Subhanpura area.
