Fake delivery of LPG cylinders

I had booked a LPG refill on 04-01 via booking no 1076 using IVRS, which has not been delivered till today i.e 09-01 by Manohar gas service. However, I had received a booking sms on my registered mobile no. on the same day saying 'refill will be delivered shortly' and on 09-01 i have received sms showing that 'the booked refill has been delivered' but it has not been delivered so far on my address.

By seeing the delivery sms I had immediately used toll free complaint no, where i was put up on hold for 45 mins just to lodge a comlaint which is very rediculous and shameful for such a big company which is lacking behind in providing consumer services.

This is a fake delivery or may be the distributor is selling LPG illegally to make huge profits by exploiting genuine consumer bookings.

Kindly investigate and take a legal action on the distributor and send my booked refill at the earliest otherwise Indane will have to pay heavy loss against this fraud in the Consumer Forum.
