Not delivering refilled gas cylende

R/Sir,

I have gas connection with M/S Sri Bhagwat Indian Gas Seva, 25-26 Naharia Bazar near J.K. Temple, Lajpat Nagar Kanpur bearing customer number 10485.Since last two years agency books next requirement after 21 days from the date of delivery. After 21 days when I rang them neither they received phone nor given any answer about delivery of gas whenever he attended the phone. Last time on 29-12 I booked by sending sms on mobile number 7376301145 of Sri Gaurav, who is either proprietor of the firm or near relative of the proprietor. On 29th Dec. he replied to take delivery of the gas from his shop. Till date he has not delivered the gas.
