Marut gas service
Stealing of gas from domestic LPG cylinde

Dear sir/madam,

I hold an LPG gas connection number MJ11941 in the name of Surendra singh chauhan with Indane (Marut gas service). I had booked my gas cylinder of LPG on 18 Jan and didn't receive it till 30 Jan. On 31 Jan I went to their godown to collect the cylinder. There we were made to wait for about two hours as we were told that gas is out of stock and will come by 1200 Hrs. The truck loaded with gas finally arrived there at 1330. They took the truck inside their godown and took almost 30 min to start distributing the cylinders. At 1400 they started distributing the cylinders and we were given cylinder serial no. 43953S.The seal was partially broken there. On enquiring about the same we were told that it came like this only from the refinery. When we came back home we weighed the cylinder and found it to be weighing 28 Kgs, 2 Kgs less than its gross weight written on the cylinder. we then asked the gas agency about the same and were told that they had given us full gas. You are requested to kindly look into the matter as this is not the first time they have done this. you are also requested to kindly tell me the action taken against them on my email id prithvi_flyboy1@yahoo.co.in.
