Unjustified Billing

Sir,

1. Generally, I have received bills after the due date or one /two days before.

2. Generally, I have myself collected the bills from your office many times.

3. I have always tried to pay the bill at time.

4. My Electric Meter is established out side the door. Therefore no question to lock.

5. My Electric Meter does not read regularly.

6. Total consumption of electricity is 295 units from Sept. to July agaist which bill was raised for Rs. 1834/- in August. During this period I have paid Rs. 4452/-.

When I complained to Junior Engineer, he reduced my bill by Rs. 1618/- and told me pay the balace Rs. 216/-. But I am not satisfied with his calculation.
