Electricity Bill Complaint

I have a similar grievance. I am resident of Thane with consumer number 000027219551. I have recieved monthly electricity bill of about 36500 /-, which MSEB is forcing me to pay saying that the reading of the meter was faulty from last 1.5 years.

I was regularly paying bills which were around 800 rupees every month which i think were appropriate considering my electricity usage & that i dont even have AC's/Geyser or any other appliances which consume much electricity.

Adding to it, we all are working @ home, so i need to know where should i for getting justice.
