Sir,

illegal construction has been made on the 3rd floor of plot no 186 Shalimar Park, Bhola Nath Nagar, Shahdara, delhi - 110032, plot is of 200sqyd. it is a residential plot, in which a basement has also been made illegally and commercial activities are running totally. no official map is there also it is part, and building is old it has no pillars so there is risk of building getting damaged. The said construction is also in violation of the building bye laws

in view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to demolish the 3rd floor and also the basement. and also the commercial activites shall be stopped immediately.
