Irregular & erratic powe

Since the past 1 week, 18/6 - till date, the power supply to our locality (Thakurawadi, Dombivili (W), Thane, 421202) has been extremely erratic. Power goes off suddenly, at impossible timings like 10:40 a.m, comes back after a matter of minutes, and then again at 11.20 a.m, so on. M.S.E.B should be accountable to such untoward actions of theirs, because there are many people like me who work on computers, doing business. Sudden power failure has done severe damage to my computer. Transactions have been corrupted because of failure in the middle of the process. This is not at all acceptable, since electricity is a utility, which should be made available to people, for their convenience, and not at the convenience of those who make the service available. I can understand that due to the monsoons, repair works need to be done at unpredictable occasions, but the consumers, who pay for this service, have all the right for better service, wherein the electricity board has better mechanisms to attack the repair problem, than troubling the consumers at all times.
