M/S PAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Efund of booking amount of Rs 255000

I booked an two BHK flat in sector 78 Faridabad with M/S PAL INFRASTRUCTURE GURGAON in 2006 and paid Rs 255000/- The builder was supposed to start the work immediately and hand over the possession within 3 years but the work was not earnestly started so further instalments were not not paid . now in 2011 after going through the track record I opted for refund. The builder has now intimated that refund will take 6 to 8 months and brokerage and admn charges will be deducted . there is no mention of the interest on my money used by builder if some body can help me in getting my money back
