Not Getting Refund from Pal infra & Builder (Gurgaon)

Dear Concern

"This Is To Inform you that I have booked a (1025 Sq feet) Flat in

Sector -78 Faridabad with Pal Infrastructure & Builder's Pvt Ltd

(Gurgaon) in the October in Pre Booking through Broker (Ashley

Estate), I have been committed Projected Possession in 2009.

I had been Told by the Broker that I have to pay only booking amount

of 255000/- as 1st Installment & Rest of the Amount will be financed

through banks or NBFC's after the project got approved. So I paid them

255000/-through vide cheque no 577795 & 577796 Amounted 55000 and

200000 Respectively.

In Feb.2007 I have Recived request from Builder that the builder has

increased the area of flat to 1116 sq ft and i'll have to pay the

amount of 2nd installment of Rs- 193875/- ASAP else i'll be charged

intrest, while inquiring I came to know by the bulider told me that

the Project got approved from LIC HFC & after paying the 2nd install

ment of Rs 193875/- Rest Amount will be financed by the LIC for which

i got my Loan Approval from LIC also. At the Same time i Came to know

that they will Complete the Project and give the posession by end of

2010.So I Paid them the Second Install ment Also By Vide Cheque no

401887.But Later i Came to know that LIC is not Funding for the

specified Builder Due to There Irregularity in Completing the

Project..

But till Now they have not completed the Project, Only the first

Phase escalation has got completed Not Even Ground floor is Completed

till Now... loking at this irregularity & Breach of Committment i have

decided to Cancel my Booking and i have given them cancelation request

on 3/9 for which they told me that an Amount of Rs 323875/- & Edc

amount of 90000/- rs will be paid by the Govt ..For Which They Got

Signed a Compromise Deed (Attached) by me & Gave me The Recieving of

that. And I have been told that I'll be Be paid the Refund Amount By

Draft in 15 Days.

But till now i have not Received any amount Whenever i Call the

Officials Mr Akhilesh or Mr Manjit (M-9871998771) of pal Group (As The

Owner Manav Chandra, 9810540696 Never Came in Front & the Employees

never Let Us meet him) they try to Avoid & Always told me that company

has no money & we Don't have the Money, we Can't pay you Now. Even

the owner of the Broker (Ahley Estate) Mr Ranjit Anand 9811696101

is not Responding & avoiding Calls, and not ready to help..

I think its a joint Effort of Cheating the Clients of Manav Chandra,

(Owner, Pal builder) And Ranjeet Anand (Ashley Estate, Owner Broker)

. AS there Are hundreds of Complaints against the Builder...

I Request you To take a Strict action against both Builder & the Broker and Help Me in Getting my Refund ASAP as i am Feeling totally Cheated"
