Non receipt of policy

I took a home loan from STATE BANK OF INDIA, Sec-2, Noida Branch on 15/10. They arranged insurance policy no.361300/11/04/3100305 from National Insurance Co. against various risks for the period 09/11 to 08/11 but a copy of policy has still not been provided to me.
