Arrears are being shown in the bills ever since the DVB times and are not being corrected inspite of repeated letters and inspite of replacement of the faulty meters by the NDPL . We are paying the current demand every cycle. They are threatening disconnection with every bill and not correcting the arrears LPSC .
Supply is often disconnected without any intimation or providing the disconnection order (the consumer need to be given the identity of the offiver ordering disconnection and whom to approac for restoration). The meter is not being sealed and no record is made of the time and date of disconnection and nor any witness is being included. The procedure for disconnection is not been followed thereby harrassment is being caused to the honest clients in the most inhumane manner as if it were a goonda raj
