Not installing the lift

New pace lifts located in hyderabad is the most horrible company I have ever seen. I have given 80% of the agreed amount as of today, but the lift company is not installing the lift and running it.

I have been promised that the lift would run by Jan 15th, but to this day, the lift is still not operational.

I want to go to consumer court and file a case on this company as they are not able to fulfil the requirements on the customer and also when we call them or try to approach them, they behave very rudely to us.
