Extra Charges 310.00

Dear Sir,

Here My Self Bhavin Bilimoria from Ahmedabad. My Customer ID is : 1000161348 .

I have lof the complain on 14th October which Complain ID is C100165557 & Mr Sachin Kanade attend the call.

My Comlain is that We have Unnecessary charged 310.00 Rs for Extra Pipe which we were not being informed at the time of installation. At the time of installation your installation team informed that you will charge 50.00 Rs Extra for the Stove Side Changes which we agreed but about the Extra Pipe charge no one intimated us. In Out Flat around and beside residence they have more length pipe than us than why only us being charged?

So requesting you to kindle wave of 310.00 Rs as well as your customer executive committed that your support person visit our residence for the same but till date no one came.

As we will be out of station from 20th October so requesting you to solve the issue before this.
