Delay for supplying cylinder and harasing

I received refill on 24.9.2011 and booked next refill on 25.9.2011. But after lapse of 26 days, Iam not received refill to till date i.e. 19.10.2011 at 2100 hrs. I have two cylinder and both are empty. When I enquired, they did't property answered and shouting. Moreover, they directed me to change the Agency from Maruti Welcome Colony, Anna Nagar to other agency.

Please direct the agency to deliver the refill immediately. My consumer No. 47785 Mo..No. 9444510432
