Hi, I took herbal treatment for cockroaches from Nupur pest control with 1 yr warranty but the cockroaches did not go. so, I called them to again come and apply the herbal treatment as the first one did not work. They asked for bill and I had misplaced the same. So, I requested them to search their records by my name and told them the tentative duration in which they can check. I gave them 3 WEEKS time and called again. They asked the same thing and said that they cannot do anything without bill. I again explained that I misplaced so I am sorry for that. But requested them to check their records giving other details (name, address, tentative months to check etc). They said they will do so and respond in 3 days. No response came. I again had to follow up. This happened 5 times and they have not honoured their commitment / guaranty. On top of it, the owner Nupur is extremely rude woman who does not know how to talk to a customer and how to honour her company's commitment. She shouts rudely, does not listen to you and simply says "do whatever you want, i dont service without bill". She is the worst person I have ever spoken to. Request you all not to avail their services as they provide worst kind of services and dont honour their own commitment.
