O General AC1.5 Ton
Not cooling

I had purchased AC!5 Tons O General Make from Navrang, Shakur pur Delhi in August and from Day one the Cooling is very less & I have gone to Navran Show Room & informed their Service Deptt but no body came, I telephoned O General Service personnel who are sub-contractor & give useless service in 2 miniutes & gave their comments in Service Paper that Cooling is less subsquently I telephoned several time O General office but they are curtless & not bothered about service & customer satisfaction ultimately I left on god's mercy. Now Winter season is going to Start & I hope They will have time to look after my complaint through you. I therefore request you to kindly help in getting my AC alright.
