Complaint on hostel owner and warden

we are staying in this hostel for the past 4 months.the owner is treating us very bad. If we complaint for anything he is shouting in bad words. Every day she is coming to hostel at late nights as if to watch the everything. They are not providing food properly. If we take more food they scold indecent words. They give the importance for a warden (Servant). What the warden told the owner ask like that, here the warden is like a owner.

Providing only limited and worst food. All the provisions he is getting from ration shop. Even bathrooms are also not maintaining properly and also they didn't clean the rooms. They clean monthly once only. Shifting the rooms in every 2 months. so we shited every 2 months for all those thinks, it is very risk for us. If we told her, the warden and owner will scold bad words. And also they didn't give the receipt for hostel fees. If we ask they told, now we have some work, we give later. After 2 days we go and ask they told we forget, we will give next month, like this they will cheating. We are all afraid of asking him anything. Because he is into politics and is a rich family. If someone talk against him he will shout and ask to vacate the hostel immediately. So we are suffering a lot. There is no proper security. Even now we are afraid of raising a complaint like this. We dont want to reveal our identity. We need some help. Even now we are not confident that we will get a solution for all these problems.
