Order no 112746214 and sub order no 3545093 for Kitchen Dicer Nicer.

I am in receipt of the item on Saturday 11.12.2010. On opening the parcel

1) The peeler found in damaged condition (cracked and blade has come out.).

2) While first try of cutting the vegetable (After watching the demo) the cutting blades have come out. It is noticed that there is a manufacturing defect.

3) user manual is in French language.

4) Recipe book is not sent.(As per packing list.)

Tried to contact you customer care no 9900238888, but found no response.

Kindly suggest the further course of action.
