Leakage of taps

I had a very bad experience with PARRYWARE SANITARY EQUIPMENT. I invested 1.5 laks worth sanitary equipment for my new house 2.5 years back. But the quality of taps is very very bad inspite of its brand and I ended up getting problems with taps resulting in leakage after 1 year of usage itself. There is no proper clarification from Parryware when approached. I approached their customer care cell and the service is so bad that they have not bothered to repair the taps till now after 1 month of logging the compliant
