Dhaval Constructions/ Properties is the biggest of the fake/ misleading/ cheater builders to be located in Pune City.. The Builder collects annual maintenance and is yet to give the requisite ..not having PMC water supply, cleanness of garden. floor, play area and swimming pool is not done and the community staying in had to take appropriate cleanness program to maintain hygiene of their young ones and family.. I would rate Builder as very bad reputed, non cultured, arrogant, fake, fraud .. whatever common under bad quality he deserves...

The Phase-1 combined with phase-2 has around 250 families with not drinking water since start of summer.. very pathetic.. Daily we have to rush with Buckets to fill few litre of drinking water from the inlet of water supply in the outage of entrance to society... No words left to blame and get the BUILDER have some decency and delivered as agreed and committed.
