3 years delay in flat by Green hives project in Pune

Hi Sir,

I booked 1BHK and 1RK (Combined) flat 3 years ago in Green Hives project as it is a big project and looks good for family, but as per the current situation still I didn`t get the possession means I can not see how builder will complete the whole project, 3 years is big time to complete 5 building project, but currently only 2 buildings are still under construction, builder keep delaying the project for which we as a middle class person bearing the load of EMI and House rent. I talked to sold the flat to builder representative but he said I need to get NOC from him which cost 300 per sqft. Can you please help in getting this out, as we know price is already high for properties, if I can get the money back as per the current market price, I can book flat in other builder. Can you please help me in this regards. Many Thanks
