Abusive language and incompletion of work

We hired a carpenter with surname SHARMA 2 months back, for out household and kitchen utilities. He gave us the price and design on paper, and said that the work will be done in a months' time. It's been 2 months now, he has started abusing on phone, taken complete money, and is not doing anything. He is bullying us, and speaking offensive language, which is not at all tolerable.
