Wrong deduction of Balance

I got my airtel no recharged by Rs.62 on 22-02-11 to avail the service of free messages. But till date no such service is activated on my No.9956855999... My Balance has also been deducted regularly for the messages sent through my no..kindly look into the matter and activate message pack on my no and also return the balance which was wrongly deducted..
